WeSimplifAI Private Limited (“WeSimplifAI,” “we,” “us”) provides Dawam, a Life-Critical Asset Intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in connection with the Dawam website, application and related services (the “Service”). It should be read together with the Dawam Terms of Use. By using Dawam, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.
This Policy applies to two distinct categories of information, and different parts of it apply to each:
Dawam is designed to reason about equipment, not patients. It does not accept patient-identifying information as Customer Data, and Customer Data should not include it. Where this Policy refers to WeSimplifAI processing Customer Data, WeSimplifAI generally acts on behalf of and at the direction of the organization that submitted it (often described as a data processor). Where this Policy refers to WeSimplifAI collecting Personal Information directly from a website visitor or platform user, WeSimplifAI determines the purpose and means of that processing (a data controller).
We use information to:
We do not use Personal Information to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.
Customer Data belongs to the organization that provides it. WeSimplifAI processes Customer Data to provide, operate and support Dawam on that organization’s behalf, as described in the Dawam Terms of Use.
Dawam uses AI-based capabilities, including third-party AI models, to help organize Customer Data and surface context, relationships, anomalies and recommendations about equipment. This processing generates output for the organization that submitted the data. Dawam is not a clinical decision-support or diagnostic tool, and this processing is never applied to a patient’s condition or treatment.
Customer Data is not used to train general-purpose or third-party foundation AI models without the customer’s authorization.
As with all Dawam intelligence, AI-generated output is intended to assist human decision-making and does not silently become the authoritative source of your equipment’s operational state, consistent with the Dawam Terms of Use.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls limiting who can reach production systems and data.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain Personal Information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Customer Data is retained for as long as your organization’s account remains active, unless deleted earlier by an authorized user or as agreed with your organization.
If you would like your account or Customer Data deleted, contact us at support@wesimplifai.com and we will address your request in accordance with applicable law and any applicable commercial agreement.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your Personal Information, such as the ability to access, correct, or request deletion of it. WeSimplifAI is incorporated in India and processes Personal Information in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.
You can update your account information within Dawam, or contact us at support@wesimplifai.com to make a request regarding your Personal Information. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
For Customer Data, requests relating to an organization’s operational information should generally be directed to the authorized administrator of that organization’s Dawam account, since WeSimplifAI processes Customer Data on the organization’s behalf.
Dawam’s core infrastructure — application hosting, database and file storage, once deployed — is intended to be located in India. Some of our service providers, such as AI processing and email delivery providers, may process information on servers located outside India. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to ensure it continues to receive an appropriate level of protection.
Dawam is intended for organizational and operational use by healthcare organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, contact us at support@wesimplifai.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements or our practices. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices can be directed to support@wesimplifai.com.
